Procedimientos de 1980

En la mayoría de los casos, los cambios que se introducen en las Listas relativas a las mercancías se efectúan de conformidad con los denominados "procedimientos de 1980".  Esos procedimientos permiten que todos los Miembros de la OMC tengan la oportunidad de examinar los cambios propuestos y aprobarlos si los demás Miembros no formulan ninguna objeción.
