Transpositions dans le SH

Les listes doivent être mises à jour fréquemment pour tenir compte des changements de classification tarifaire, conformément au Système harmonisé qui fait l'objet de modifications périodiques. Cette "transposition" des listes de marchandises est nécessaire afin de pouvoir comparer les obligations des Membres avec les droits qui sont effectivement appliqués par l'administration nationales des douanes.
