Schedules and changes

WTO schedules are legal instruments that describe the treatment a Member must provide to the trade of other WTO Members.

Goods Schedules are not static and have progressively changed over the years as a result of different procedures.

Goods Schedules are identified by using a unique roman numeral, defined by the moment in which the Member joined the WTO.

Members should follow specific procedures for the modification and rectification of schedules. The large majority of changes take place under the so-called "1980 Procedures".
